Ok so we all pay taxes and no-one really likes to do it, but it is nice to see that when you do you are getting something for it! BDBC are efficient and seemingly very well organised, the roads are well maintained, parks generally well kept, and if you call them asking them to get something done i.e. a street light replaced, they seem quick to respond. They seem to be working with local people rather than against them, housing is always a priority and BDBC always seem to be trying to develop local housing which encourages people to either stay local or move into the area thus aiding BDBC's economy. Ok, so more people need more jobs but by encouraging development they also seem to create more jobs. They are a fairly sensible council, and certainly seem popular with most of us younger generation. read more

A clean large building and all the staff are professional. The staff know their jobs and are very informed.
