When I installed the unit, everything was fine. Yesterday the RO water under my sink stopped…read moredelivering water, all the lights went off, and the dishwasher does not work either which those two are connected because they had to move the dishwasher out to run it together. They aren't open on Fridays, which is a weekday. It is not a weekend, but the guy told me it was a breaker. It was not a breaker switch. I had somebody else come over and said it was not a breaker switch. The tech that came would not move the dishwasher to see if the plug was just unplugged, a simple solution. He claims it was electrical. I do not believe that is the answer. It has to do with the connection between the dishwasher and the RO system, and he wouldn't refused to move the dishwasher. I can't get back there. I can't move it and he refused to therefore, now I have to go the entire weekend without my water or my dishwasher and I am very ticked.

Lone Star by far had the best ratings and had a good price. I did choose this company and everything went well. Lone Star didn't try to sell me anything extra. As a matter of fact I asked about an R O system and I was told to wait for the soft water system to go through a few regeneration cycles before spending extra money for an R O system. I really appreciated that. If you're looking for a soft/R O water system I recommend giving Lone Star a call before you decide on a company.

We were originally drawn to Steve and Aqua Systems as a local company and we were wanting to do…read morebusiness locally. We called and got a very competitive quote from Steve for a water softener install and were so impressed with his professionalism that we just decided to use him from the first call. We scheduled our installation and then Steve had done several water softeners in our neighborhood and knew that there was a builder that did not connect the clean-out from the water softener to the septic system. He did the research and confirmed that our builder was the builder known to not have connected them to the septic system. He then came out on his own time after-hours one night and dug the hole around our clean-out to confirm at no extra charge to us. He referred us to a plumber who got the clean-out connected correctly and then came back the next day and completed the install in the time frame promised, at the price promised and with a thorough training job done to make sure that we knew how to work the system. From start to finish, this was one of the best customer service/professional jobs that I have ever seen from a contractor and will continue to use Steve and Aqua Systems in the future.
