He said he would come to my house and inspect the windows, which was nice of him, Then he emailed me and said he didn't see any problems with the windows, in the pictures or in person, and that the spots, dirt, etc were all on the inside. I don't understand how he couldn't see the problem in the pictures. The water spots on my kitchen window, for example, are so obvious, even in the photo. See attached. Plus, I double checked the windows and the problems are most definitely NOT on the inside. Maybe others have had good experiences, but I did not.
