We always find pizza a challenge when in AUS or NZ, outside Italian restaurants - it's often not executed well like soggy crust or has something weird going on like sweet or smoky sauce. This was great. Maybe because they import their ingredients ha ha! We had the garlic knots, sausage and meatball pizzas, and cheesecake. It was all good. The crust was appropriately chewy and crisp enough to not flop around, but soft enough to fold NY-style. The sausage was full of fennel, which I was thrilled by! It's sliced lengthwise into long ovals, not crumbled. The meatball was good, too, but I preferred the sausage. Flavorful (but not weird) sauce and really great cheese. It comes out of the oven ripping hot, so heed the advice on the table to let it cool a few minutes so you don't sacrifice the roof of your mouth. Pizza was available by-the-slice, half-pies, or full pies. We were 2.5 people and probably should have gone with a whole pie, even though they're huge.
