Flight school staff totally disorganized. Despite multiple calls to confirm what was needed and scheduling full disclosure was never made . Traveled 2 hrs to and from for absolutely nothing. Then they rescheduled me for two weeks out, October 25, and I call a few minutes ago and they don't have me on the scheduled. So they either didn't put me on the schedule to my face or I was deleted. Either way a total shitshow. If that's the way they run scheduling flight training , I'd hate to see how they run their maintenance schedule. read more

I like this small private airport, although it was much larger than many of the other private airports I have used, it had a nice sized restaurant, a great museum with a lot of interesting aeronautical artifacts, and plenty of comfy seating to use while we waited. We were here to hop a private jet for a trip going out of the country. The staff was always smiling, friendly, knowledgeable, and all of them seemed to put the customer first. This great service seems to have become my normal expectation for private airports, as it seems they do hire the best customer service people they can find. We were offered free drinks and snacks and all went well. Even the restrooms here are very clean and nice. Overall a first class airport and I will use them again as needed. read more

Love coming to Bartow! It's a nice airport with good runways. Tower is very nice and helpful. Going to the FBO is always a treat, super nice people and the facilities are clean and spacious. The layout is rival to a rest stop on the turnpike. Wish I could talk about the restaurant but I've had the bad luck of it being closed every time I go. Keep up the great work! read more
