If I could've given zero stars, I would order the meat lovers pizza. The dough was completely raw. As well for the chicken Parmesan, the noodles was way overcooked. The chicken was completely raw pink and slimy. Order the crème brûlée for dessert. It was separated taste like eggs. The waitress Rebecca was slow. I had to get up from my table and ask for the bill. And there was less than a handful of people there so the restaurant was not busy. Called the next day to bring this to their attention. The manager does not want to return any of my calls. We visited here for the first time on Mother's Day. I booked this place specifically because they had reservations and we knew it would be packed on the holiday everywhere. They originally tried to seat us at the bar instead of the table of 6 I'd reserved. Host seemed so annoyed when I mentioned we had made a reservation. She seated us without menus and never came back. We sat for about 10 minutes wondering if we had a server. When we heard a server behind us mention getting her table menus, I asked if she could grab some for us too. She brought 4 and muttered under her breath at us. Awhile later, our server came for drink orders and offered apologies. We eventually got drinks, then eventually ordered, then eventually got the food. All took FOREVER! The garlic bread was decent, but some pieces were burned. Pesto was delicious. Chicken parm was good, but pasta on the side was very overcooked. We had to flag our server down after several tries to get water and drink refills. Never checked on our meals and never came back with a check. It was like he'd decided to give up on us because he was completely overwhelmed. He wouldn't even make eye contact. Thank God another guy offered to take our checks. We didn't choose dessert because it would have been 30 min more to get. He mentioned they'd served 765 tables that day. Considering the cost of the meal, the lousy service, and the hit or miss food, we won't be back. I was so hopeful to try a new Italian place in Station Park but was sorely disappointed. read more

Bartolo's had their ribbon cutting during the first week of January and they located right next to the movie theatre in a prime location of the shopping center. We arrived about twenty minutes early for our dinner reservations and were seated immediately. The hostesses were extremely kind and our server, Jared, was patient and funny. We had the perfect table right in front of the window with a view of the courtyard with colorful waterfall fountains and lighted trees. The Crispy Octopus was tasty and meaty. The mussels were absolutely delicious. I ordered the shrimp spaghetti. It was spicy and very good but cooked more than my taste, as I like my noodles cooked al dente. I've found the Park City location 5 star and not the same as this location. I feel Farmington station over charges for rent and is the death of a lot of restaurants that could be great. Overpriced, marginal at best food. My wife and I each had a pasta dish, priced in the mid twenties, which came with absolutely nothing else (no bread, no parmesan, nothing interesting. With a tiny pour of rose and tip, our one course meal was $90. Same thing in Italy (though manifold better) with a whole bottle of wine would be $30. I had a bucatini, which was supposed to have pancetta in it - no evidence thereof unless it was ground to a pulp. The sauce was a simple bolonese type with some spice added to supposedly make it something special. My wife's pasta had a similar red sauce without the spice, with a dollop of burrata and some pesto on top - weird combination. In no way does this place justify $25 for a plain pasta dish with no meat, no bread, no salad, etc. read more

I rarely give a 5 star... I mean there's always room for improvement right? But here's the thing, this Italian restaurant (with a chef from Brazil) is really good in multiple ways. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, food is fresh and delicious, menu is unique and thoughtful, and the ultimate test for me is the dessert menu... and theirs is fantastic. I find myself in Farmington a few times a year. Being from out of town I love trying new restaurants. Farmington Station is a great shopping area but has desperately needed a better option than Twigs for a sit down dinning experience and this one delivers. Support this local restaurant so I can eat here again!! Go with a group and share the chocolate dessert, it's such a treat! Oh, and the cream brûlée is top notch. The Focaccia bread tastes good but is hard, also a comes with oil and balsamic and butter that was literally enough for one piece of bread not four. We ordered the Chicken Alfredo and Caprese with he large Burrata on top. The Caprese was good lacked flavor but loved the combination of tomatoes with the Burrata but it was cold and we had to add chili flakes for flavor which i never add to food. My family took me to this restaurant for Mothers Day Brunch. Ambience was great even though it was packed, we were able to have nice conversations. The wait staff was amazing. they were all attentive and the food came out pretty fast (which is amazing as it was Mothers Day). I love a place that takes reservations! The food was not very good at all. the restaurant itself is pretty pricey and I would have thought the food would have been amazing. We all ordered specialty cocktails which were really good but ran about $15.00 a drink. Most all the savory brunch items come with 'mixed vegetables'. These were awful. For examples, the fresh Brussel sprouts were burned on the outside and literally raw on the inside. The rest of the veggies were burned (far from a char) on the outside. The sausage was good and clearly homemade but way to salty. My daughter ordered a very 'Hunters Board' that offered a few bites of most breakfast items. Eggs were over done and the rest was cold and dry. I will say the blueberry chocolate pancake was really good. I think it was more cake than pancake but it was good. My son had some of the homemade pasta which he did enjoy. All in all a good experience. I would think a pricey Italian restaurant would have amazing food as some of the ones in Salt Lake Valley. I think this restaurant has the potential to be amazing, just need to serve amazing food! read more

Have to say I wasn't impressed. My wife and I decided to try this place out cause it was new. I haven't found an Italian place that can mess up Italian food until now. The garlic bread was pretty good but had an after taste of like something was burned in the oven or grill and that burnt went into the bread. My wife got the Chicken Alfredo. Can't go wrong on that one right? The pasta was very over cooked.. The sauce was watery.. And the chicken was horrible.. Had that same burning taste in it like the bread did but much worse and later through the evening that taste was still lingering. My meal was the Rigatoni Bolognese. The pasta wasn't cooked all the way but had an ok flavor. I was going to try the steak and last min decided to try something different, seems like anything that hit the grill or oven had a bitter burning flavor to it and it would have been horrible. There are some server's that look like they are very good at providing a service to their customers and then there were those like the ones that we had and one didn't seem like they cared much and the other not experienced at all. I wish this place luck but we probably won't visit here again. read more
