Long story short they messed up my taxes, refused to fix them, told me they would fix them for a price, and when I said that I could not afford that price and that they did it wrong in the first place they told me to come get my stuff because "obviously people like me couldn't afford them". Biggest waste of $300 in my life. Worse than TurboTax.

He is located in downtown Newnan, across from the courthouse and above Leaf and Bean. My parents had wills drawn up a few years ago through a neighboring firm instead of a trust, so when my mother suddenly passed in 2024, I wanted to ensure that the remaining estate was placed in a trust for reassurance and ease of handling for when the inevitable time comes when my father passes. Joshua was one of several estate attorneys I connected with, and through his friendliness, availability and approachability, I selected him to assist and I am very happy with that decision. Joshua, and his assistant Ms. Penny are absolutely wonderful to work with. Joshua has provided invaluable guidance and direction for me and my dad, while Ms. Penny follows up and checks in along the way. Our property in GA was taken care of, and Joshua got us connected with an Attorney in FL to help with properties there. The process was smooth and stress free. Joshua's pricing is industry standard...and honestly worth it. Overall, I am very thankful for Joshua and Ms. Penny. I cannot recommend them more!

My love affair with Delta Community Credit Union continues again through this year as I take…read moreadvantage of more of their membership benefits. I've been a Liberty Mutual customer for several years and despite having a clean driving record, maintaining multiple policies (home and auto), and successfully completing a Defensive Driving Course my annual renewal was higher than my premium last year. It was definitely time to shop around and I started at all of the usual places... Progressive... Geico... State Farm... even Liberty Mutual. After reviewing my information, LM said there wasn't anything they could adjust about my rate, but since they offer an annual quote instead of just 6 months at a time it was an advantage. They also mentioned a few other things that really didn't seem like they would merit the high cost. After careful consideration, I was preparing to go with Progressive and I signed into DCCU to check my account balance before paying the entire 6-month policy at once. While logging in to verify funds I saw a blurb about their insurance services and decided to give them a try. The application process is fairly simple, but you don't get an instant quote like other companies. I figured I could wait a day or so and didn't confirm my policy with Progressive. Within a day or so I got an email with a quote from Members Insurance Advisors for a policy with Traveler's Insurance. The coverage was comparable to the quote from Progressive and pretty much the same as what I had with LM, except many of the deductibles were $250 lower than either provider. Once I double checked everything I replied back to the agent to express my interest. Ultimately I was able to everything via email and phone, I have better coverage than before, my deductibles are lower, and I'm paying about $700 less than with Liberty Mutual (full disclosure: Progressive was still cheaper, but only by about $100). Oh, and Travelers Insurance was able to provide a 12-month quote! Liberty, who??
