I found Bartcos properties on line and rented sight unseen. They were better than I imaged. The maintenance is great as well as the neighbors. The application process took a while since they don't accept pay pal or credit cards. Be prepared to mail the proper funds and a paper application that you'd have to to print off the website. The owner is very "old school", a lovely chap, doesn't text, rarely emails just be patient. If that bugs you just imagine there still are people that believe communication should be on paper, I accepted and I am happy with that approach. I've dealt with Bartco for years and have no complaints. They're very thorough in their rental process including their walkthrough of the property and explanation of the lease. Bartco's properties are non smoking and they do enforce that along with restrictions on pets. They also perform background checks on potential renters. All of this was explained in detail prior to renting. They've been timely in response to any problems that have arisen. I have no complaints. It's been a pleasure working with them. read more

It was great to see people of very diverse cultures living there. Everyone was happy. I moved into wonderful village of neighbors. The building themselves are always well maintained and clean. Very easy company to work with. Very reputable. Kid of old school they won't text or email, they want repair requests in writing so the can't forget. I found them online and to my surprise the apartment was even nicer than I tought. Draw back no garages other wise I would rate a five stars read more

Extremely diligent with maintenance. Very respectful to tenants. Bad behavior by neighbors is not tolerated. Clean and quiet.
