always helping me with all jewelry needs!!! barry is the best !! he fixed my necklace and brought it back to life

Utterly sad and disappointing how they run their business robbing a 20 year-old who spent all their money that they saved up on a bracelet that was thousands of dollars that they damaged, his wife is the rudest human I have ever met. They damage your items and he wouldn't even give me a refund for $100 for ruining a solid 10k gold bracelet took in to add a safety that he melted and filled in so poorly without disclosing. It failed within 24 hours. I hope they feel joy in that just shows the type of people they are and this is not the first time they have damaged an expensive piece of jewelry just read some reviews, utterly despicable and disgusting. please get a second opinion if you bring an item there for the first time if you don't want something damaged, that's a valuable of yours. read more

A quick stop in here because my Dad needed a new watch battery installed and yes, they do that at Barry's. Friendly service from a very qualified jeweler and we were on our way swiftly. Dad was pleased, I was pleased, we're all pleased. If I wore a watch and needed work done, I'd certainly get it done here. The young lady was fast, efficient and the price was right. I had stopped by The Jewelry Exchange in Boynton trying to get the clasp on my gold necklace fixed. Someone had tried to rip it off my neck while I was on vacation in Barcelona. It took Barry less than 5 minutes to fix it and then he told me I was free of charge. Very kind folks and Expert Service. 10/10 read more

I stopped into this jewelry exchange, and came across Barry's Jewelry Spa tucked in the many different booths. I bought a pair of earrings from them and asked him to fix a ring of mine that needed a new shank. I brought it on Saturday and he told me to pick it up on Tuesday. When I arrived on Tuesday he told me he hadn't gotten to it. He told me to come back at 4:00 p.m. which I did. When I picked it up, I didn't really look at it until I got home and had my glasses on. He had done a horrible job! I brought the ring back today and told him that it was unacceptable work, and asked him to fix it. He gladly agreed, and had my ring ready for me a few hours later. It is much better, but still not great. He also charged an astronomical price to do this, $150. My old jewelry used to do it for $40. I don't think I'll be returning here anytime soon. read more

I can't praise Barry and his family enough for the job. they did in designing an engagement ring setting using my mother's engagement ring and wedding band. My son wanted to give his now fiancée a beautiful but unusual setting. Barry and his family worked with me and my son, who lives in Colorado, to design a ring that he and his fiancee would love. They spent upwards of 10 hours working with us, and when the ring was completed,I loved it, my son loved it, and most importantly, my future daughter-in-law loved it. Barry and his family went above and beyond what I would expect in order to give us the perfect ring. I hope the wedding planning comes out as beautifully as the engagement ring. read more

Over 20 years ago I walked into a Jewelry Exchange filled with many booths of jewelers, to buy a watch. From the minute I stopped @ Barry's Jewelry Spa booth, I was warmly greeted by Natalie, who has a unique ability of looking at a person & immediately knowing what they'd like! I still have that watch, the 1st showed to me. Then, I was mesmerized by the such beautiful, tasteful jewelery. What kept me coming back & referring others is their dedication to customer service. They're never pushy, always honest & kind! Then there's Barry, he's amazingly talented! He can repair almost anything & able to custom design your jewelry vision into a reality. Most of their customers, like me, are loyal, long-time customers. Don't take my word. Go there once & I guarantee you'll go back, no matter what your need. Even if only to change a watch battery, you'll be treated the same if purchasing an expensive piece of jewelry! read more

Went to Barry's Jewelry Spa at 9903 B Military Trail in Boynton, (inside the International Jewelers Exchange) to have mum's gold chain repaired. Barry fixed it while I waited. Super quick repair, phenomenal price, awesome experience. I also bought a leather watch band for myself, real leather, exceptional price. All work professionally done on-site. I highly recommend. There is also a wide selection of jewelry and watches for sale. Visit Barry's, you won't regret it !!! read more

Went to Boynton Beach location to have a missing accent stone replaced on my diamond wedding ring set. Replaced the small 3+ mm stone, and they suggested rhodium plating for additional $50. Then they pointed out that I was at risk of losing larger central/main diamond as I was "missing a prong" on the setting, which they suggested I get fixed as well. I was shocked to learn this, as I had worn this ring daily for over 10 years, and did not notice when this happened...all said and done, the ring was gleaming and I was happy when I left, feeling I had been proactive in securing the center stone. Less than one month later, after returning home from a grocery shop, I was washing my hands, and almost had a heart attack to discover the center stone was gone!! When I called them to advise them and ask if they might be able to work with me on a solution (e.g., a discount on purchasing a replacement stone), the wife got very defensive and started screaming at us on the phone, and said they are not responsible, and like a car showroom, one you drive it off the lot...(not their problem). Anyway, brought it to a "real" jeweler near me (as opposed to this exchange booth hack), who said the workmanship was horrible, and the proper way to secure the stone would have been to replace the entire head/prong setting. The cost to do that would be $175, which we did, in addition to having to purchase a new center stone! I would never let them touch another piece of mine, not even to change a watch battery! In addition, after expressing my concerns to Barry's, I was told they could not talk to me as they were "too busy", and Barry would call me back, which he never did. FYI I really don't like leaving negative reviews, and this is only my second one ever, so there you have it read more

I never thought I was an admirer of jewelry until I did some jewelry repairs with Barry's Jewelry Spa and then began buying jewelry for family and of course, myself. I have now told so many of my friends and colleagues about Barry's Jewerly Spa because of their price, professionalism, selection, and ability to order or create just about anything. They have never let me down. They truly have something for everyone. Even when I wanted to purchase my grandchildren their first cross on a necklace, I did so here. I would strongly recommend Natalie, Barry, and Danielle at Barry's Jewelry Spa to anyone with a pulse. They are so skilled to have a licensed gemologist on staff, and Barry who creates jewelry from the setting to the most precise detail, and Natalie and Danielle who have such a great eye for the individual's personal taste. Wonderful staff and family owned and operated. They repair watches and any kind of jewerly worth repairing. They buy jewelry also but I didn't have any to sell. read more

I went into Barry's to have a ring repaired. It needed a sliver of Mother-of-Pearl and to my delight, it was not considered too small a job. It was ready in a very short time and in the interim, I purchased a tattooed steel bangle AND a pair of gorgeous earrings( none of which I had intended :-)) which were specially ordered for me! Excellent service and very affordable. read more
