I pointed out that if he hadn't interrupted me when I had barely started giving him that information, he would have had all the information he needed. All in all, very rude, dishonest, and unprofessional. Clearly only interested in money and their win ratio, not in helping people. The language "not the kind of case we're interested in" is a big tip off for these kind of people.
