    If I could give negative stars I would. I have been a client since Robert Schaarf had this office,…read moreit's been sub-par over the years. The price is not great, and I didn't need anything from them as I hadn't filed any claims, so it was all good. For about 18 months they would call me about every 45 days and ask a bunch of questions trying to sell me more and I asked several times to stop. Today on my way to work my car died. I called the insurance but they were t open yet, I left a message and called roadside to request a tow- two hours later I get a call "potential spam" and the person on the other line has a bad connection and tells me that they can only find someone that costs over three times of what they cover. I called a local tow myself and they said I needed to Allstate to set it up with them to save the hundred dollars, I called Shellee and she finally answered- only to tel me that the tow company I choose is not allowed, but the tow company says they work with Allstate. Shellee not only didn't call me back this morning while I was stranded on the side of the road, but she was rude and condescending in her tone. I need insurance but do not have to go through them so I will take all of the time that I need to find an agent that cares about the client. This one is not it. And it is not even fairly priced, so please be careful choosing your insurance provider, it is already stressful to be in a situation where you need help- they should not be adding more stress to what you are already experiencing, you pay them, they should help us.

    I bought a brand new car in May 2024. I called State Farm even before I signed the bottom line to…read morepay for the car at the dealership. I wanted to make sure this brand new car I bought was safe and insured before I drove it off the car dealership lot. I made sure the MAKE,MODEL/VIN number was correct when I talked to State Farm. Everything was okay on my end. Now, here comes the problem.........State Farm put my old address on all my bills. I had moved 6 months prior and gave State Farm my new address six months ago. Anyway, I never got the insurance bill for my new car and State Farm canceled my policy. I can not drive my new car without insurance. Hence, I can not drive my car to work. Without working, I can not afford this new car. However, I am sure State Farm will blame me even though I kept calling them over and over again to make sure everything was okay on their end. No matter what customers do...it is Always our fault. So, of course I should have had access to their computer banks and software. (sarcasm) Hey, if they can not make an address change in their computers, then leave it to the customers. Right? Well, my brand new car is sitting in the driveway with no insurance. I need to pay Uber 30 bucks to take me to work.
