I had a disagreement with them over custom orthotics. When I emailed them to let them know I was…read moreunhappy because they did not fit in any of my shoes and ask for their help, the response was "as with any custom product it is final sale and alterations after the fact are not possible". At no point did I say I wanted a refund. I was not properly seen by any professional before these orthotics were made, something I plan to let my insurance company know. I also had to wait approx two months, which they claim was "out of their control". I was offered a $50 refund, but I had to let them know by the end of that day, and I didn't see the email in time because I was working. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (which they are not a member of) and I have an appointment with a podiatrist now to have them evaluated and adjusted if possible. While I have heard very good things about their other services, I would caution anyone about getting their orthotics from here.

I felt the pull to go with her and delighted in the joy and lightness she radiated when I attended her reiki sessions. Over time, she compassionately worked on stabilizing my emotional state and guided me towards methods to practice for elevating my wellbeing. My world became brighter, there was renewed hope, I was laughing again and untangling my thoughts and emotions. I was learning new ways of thinking. Opened up to a new world of energy and crystal healing. I felt the transition to the beauty that is within nature and spiritually with us everyday. I was feeling and seeing the benefits. I am moving away from the fog of entanglement and thinking clearer with a purpose. I learned to release resentment, tame anger, be more compassionate and less judgmental of others. I work on empathy, compassion and acceptance. Most of all I work on self-love, self care.

Sarah Boulton runs this awesome business of Physiotherapy in your own home. She is very…read moreprofessional, knowledgeable and has a very pleasant manner when dealing with her clients. I had a hip replacement and I had booked her for my first appointment three days after the surgery. She carefully assessed me and designed a personal program to meet my needs. Sarah listened to what I had for goals and with her knowledge designed my first week of exercises to start me on that path. I had two more appointments with her and each time she re-assessed my progress and was able to personalize the exercises for me to get complete results. I have been to many physiotherapists over the years and Sarah is by far the very best. On my first check-up with my surgeon, he was ecstatic with my progress and wanted to know what I had done in the first four weeks of rehab. He too felt that I had excellent home physiotherapy in order to progress to such a degree so quickly. I will need my other hip replaced and Sarah already knows that she will be my first phone call as soon as I have a date for the surgery. I have already recommended Sarah to three friends who will be having surgery in the next few months. The key to anyone's recovery is to start immediately and with the very best person you can find. May I strongly suggest that Sarah is your gal! Lynn Murray
