After I made the appointment, I received an email notification of the service I had scheduled. They gave me a one hour block. That was perfect because I hate when companies have me waiting during a 3 or 4 hour block. Ten minutes before arrival , I received a text message with the eta of the handyman's arrival. Sam was assigned to complete my service. He was very prompt. When I greeted Sam at the door he introduced himself in a very professional manner. It took him 45 minutes to mount the TV. He explained how it worked and did not leave a mess. He did a great job and I was very very pleased with his work. I have a few more projects that need to be completed at the house and I will be contacting this company again. I hope I get Sam again as my handyman.

He not only fixes the immediate problem but finds and diagnoses (and potentially fixes) other "surprises" along the way. As one example, we had an electrical box identified by the home inspector that needed covering in the attic. Nick went up there, found live wires right at the attic entrance(!), a junction box that looked like it was wired by a three year old (fire hazard!) and a rip in the AC ducting that was 80% of the reason our upstairs HVAC wasn't working. After covering the junction box and patching the HVAC, he advised we get a qualified electrician to make sense of the other mess. Reduced our chances of getting electrocuted, identified an immediate fire hazard (that the home inspector missed) and now our AC is working great! I really appreciate the fact he suggested we get an electrician instead of "hero'ing" it himself. A mark of quality and integrity in my opinion. Nick's a great dude and we're happy to have met him.
