They said that the faucet we had was too old and they didn't want to risk taking it apart only to find out that we need a new one anyway. They gave us a quote on how much their labor would cost and told us to give them a call back when we have a new faucet. I called High 5 and spoke to Mike. He came in to check out the faucet. We also had him fix an electrical outlet in our kitchen and now that works fine too. He fixed both the faucet and the electrical outlet and it cost less than the quote Shellback gave us. Plus, he's a nice guy and easy going person. Definitely would use him again.
