They also sell dance gear, school skirts and trousers. If you want to part with a small fortune, this place will take it from you. Parents soon realise that they can get skirts, trousers and blouses elsewhere for much less. Only the necessities get bought here. In late August it is like being in group scrum, and the staff appear not to care if you can't find an item you need.

We then had to wait until the correct size tops turned up and after a week long wait called to find they'd arrived yet no-one had bothered to call to let me know. Then upon collection was told to pay again. When I said we'd already paid, the woman argued until she looked at correct paperwork. Avoid this place, they really don't deserve the custom and this is the first time I've ever felt strongly enough to review a business negatively, so that should hopefully say it all.

I was quite excited as it was a very special time for me and was looking forward to the shopping trip. It didn't really matter to me that the store was small as I thought it might have that 'friendly' touch that you don't find in the larger stores these days. How wrong was I! I found the attitude of the staff quite unhelpful and nearing rude to be frank. I asked a member of staff their advice on the size of a sweatshirt as it did not have age on only cm and was near enough told how would I know if you don't? All I was asking was what an average size would be for a 5 year old! I then went on to try and order polo shirts, sweatshirts, trousers etc to find that most of them were out of stock. I did order some labels although when asking about them I wasn't told that I would have to send off for them by postcard until I had made my choice and paid my money. In fact little conversation was made friendly or otherwise and I hardly got any eye contact. I was made to feel quite uncomfortable and couldn't wait to get out of the shop. In the end I found a site online that I could order from and I intend to use this in the future so unfortunately a big thumbs down from me.
