Consisting of quaint and cozy interior decorations reminiscent of a Spanish Villa, an air of finesse exudes from here. The food itself is nothing short of breathtaking. Not only in culinary presentation, but also in rich and exquisite flavors. For our party's appetizers, we had a plate of duck tacos with an extremely spicy habanero sauce and a "salpicón tuxtleco" which was a sort of raw meat plate marinated in lemon and green apples. The salpicón was especially unique. For my entree I had a "risotto chicoasen" which was very flavorful and was colored with octopus ink and topped with several pieces of varying seafood such as octopus and calamari. If you happen to be in San Cristobal, make sure to make a stop here for extremely cultural dishes which manage to remain both affordable and sensible.
