Overall, my experience with Jeff was excellent! My only caveat is that I was definitely unimpressed with the two delivery guys for the fridge (the guy who delivered the stove was wonderful, though!). Not only were they not in any hurry to arrive, unload, etc, but they were constantly talking about their nagging girlfriends. I couldn't wait to get them out of the house!

We made a call to NVC and explained the trouble we were having. Within 10 minutes we had a very polite, masked NVC employee knocking on our door. Lance was very knowledgeable and stayed until our cable and internet was up and running. You don't get this kind of service often and it didn't cost us a cent. I highly recommend NVC. Thank you.

Larger companies like Woodwind-Brasswind don't offer the level of customer service as smaller shops, luckily I found Taylor Music! These guys are absolutely five-star when it comes to customer service and the products they offer. I originally bought an instrument from them a year ago that had a complete overhaul done and when I received it, I could tell the quality of workmanship was the best of quality, bar none. More recently, I reached out to the repair department in search of various musical instrument parts. Paul was very pleasant to deal with; he got me what I needed for a good price and the shipping was quicker than UPS thought it would be. Overall, I'm extremely impressed with their customer service, reasonably-priced offerings, and quality of workmanship and wouldn't hesitate purchasing from them again, even if they are 1,500+ miles away (I'm in NY).
