After talking to owner Mariano Alvarez (Mario) owner of Alvarez Construction and explaining to him my home needed a roof he said a deposit of $4,000 (four thousand dollars) down payment was needed to get started on the roof on my home in Okmulgee, Oklahoma and the balance of $3,000 (three thousand dollars) could be mailed to him once the job was completely done within the week. He said he was a man of GOD and feared GOD because he never wanted bad karma to come to him, but after he received my $4,000 (four thousand dollars) down payment he never bother to put the roof on are answer his phone. I found him on Angi List and Angi List apparently as long as you pay them money they could care less if you are a reputable company. Angi List could careless if they represent liars, cheaters and scammer. You would thing they would check out who they allowing on their sight. Mariano Alvarez (Mario) claimed to be a GOD fearing man. GOD can't possibly be pleased with Mariano/Mario lying, scamming and cheating people out of their hard earned money. if I could give zero stars, I would…read more gutters leak like a sieve since day 1 - Jimmy came out to "fix" the problem after I had to wait several weeks, but instead of fixing the issue he just squirted additional sealant in the seams without stripping...using the wrong sealant and refusing to correct the seams that were cut short leaving gaps...so no amount of sealant even if it were good sealant would have held. the next time it rained, all the seams leaked again, so i asked him to come out and after waiting a few weeks (again) and two cancellations (this is a side gig for him, not his full-time job) I eventually got fed up and hired a pro to fix his poor work who showed me the awful job he had done. there are lots of gutter contractors in the McAlester area and surrounding parts - find someone else, this company is awful. Jimmy, the owner is unprofessional and does poor work.
