Barnes & Noble is a Bookseller chain stocking housebrand eReader, plus a broad selection of titles for adults & kids. They have learning games, puzzles, cook books, too much to type. This location has a Starbucks located inside, so you can order a drink or a snack and read a book. They have a really nice kids section. I would recommend joining there membership club. read more

I don't know what I would do without Barnes & Noble. I look forward to visiting many weekends, talking about books with booksellers and walking away with a stack of new promising hardcovers, little widgets, and all loaded up on tea or coffee. I feel a camaraderie with my local Barnes & Noble store and cafe. It really is my favorite place to go. read more

I love going to the book store, taking my time in finding another book to read. It's so much more fun to go to a store in selecting a book rather than browsing the internet. The store is organized well and clean. A real pleasure spending time in the store. read more

This Barnes & Noble is huge and when I visited was very popular . They had large selections of books- obviously, but also puzzles, gifts, and even toys. There is also a fairly large cafe in the middle serving Starbucks. There are two checkout areas by both entrances. It was relatively easy to find the books we were looking for and we had an overall pleasurable experience. For my mother it was also great because they had accessible spots right in front as well as a large magazine section which she loved since it is so hard to find magazines anymore. Easily the best thing and to me probably the only thing worth going to at The Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley. Parking can be horrible if you come at night especially on a weekend but that's sort of the norm for this entire mall as it was seemingly built without anywhere near enough convenient parking. B&N as others have mentioned is always very well put together. Very friendly staff, the shelves always look library perfect and considering the amount of foot traffic the store gets it still looks more or less new. It's also cool that they participate in fund raisers for schools where they give a certain percentage of one night's sales to that school/organization. I mean you always knew the stuff here was marked up anyway but at least now some of it goes to a good cause. I don't give a toss about the WiFi or about the Starbucks (always crowded) so I can't comment on either. In terms of large find it all under one roof bookstores, this chain with a few exceptions (Powell's in PDX comes to mind) is it. Call me a luddite but I will never do any kind of an e-reader as I want to feel the actual item in my hands. So until the day that the evil empire of Amazon puts this place out of business I will gladly shop here instead. read more

Has a variety of literature on various topics. They'll order anything special you may be looking to purchase. They have a coffee shop here but you can't smoke. That's the only downside plus books are expensive so if you have the money and rather not go to the library this is the place for you read more

It says on the this app this Barnes and nobles closes at 10:00 pm and I tried going in at 9:45 but is was closed. I'm disappointed I didn't get my cards I desperately wanted. read more

Closest B&N from my house but still my favorite to visit. More often than not they have somewhere to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee from there Starbucks Coffee shop. WiFi gets slow though during peak hours but this happens everywhere with free WiFi. Clean facilities, friendly staff, and well organized book shelves. Good experience whenever I pop in. read more

What can I say other than this place is great. There is a little something for everyone. What attracts me to this place so much? 1) I love books 2) I love Starbucks 3) I often need to kill some time between dinner and a movie with my wife....so why not get some Starbucks and read a magazine or book or just browse? Always something new and interesting to find. Downside: You will sometimes get a great drink made at the Starbucks inside and sometimes will have a horrifying one made. If just getting Starbucks....better to walk down to the real one but expect that one to be very crowded at peak hours. read more

Excellent, my favorite book store and there is a Starbucks inside, fun with kids or a friend. Convent to food across the street. Tons to look at! I go often. Helpful staff, they can very quickly locate books for you. read more
