I am extremely disappointed with how my experience with this company ended.
I want to be fair and acknowledge that during one interaction I became upset and did not handle the situation perfectly. I can take responsibility for that. However, what I cannot overlook is how this company chose to handle everything afterward.
They were aware of serious and deeply personal circumstances involving another client they continue to represent, as well as the impact those circumstances have had on me. Despite knowing what I had experienced, they have continued their professional relationship with that individual. Yet after the balance I owed this company was paid in full, I was immediately sent a letter stating that they would no longer represent me.
That timing spoke volumes to me. Once the money I owed had been collected, I was apparently no longer worth dealing with. Based on my experience, I walked away feeling like money mattered far more to this company than compassion, consistency, or how their clients are actually treated.
I understand that a company has the right to choose who it represents, and I am not claiming that I handled every interaction perfectly. But I also have the right to speak honestly about how my experience made me feel. Knowing what this company knew about my circumstances and then seeing how differently I was treated has completely changed my opinion of them.
I personally would not recommend this company based on my experience. If I could give them no stars then I would read more
