Absolutely brilliant with our betty pet (dalmation) 20months old very nervous around strangers but Chloe was brilliant with her although the drying process wasnt to bettys liking im sure the more times we go betty will do just fine. read more

Probably the worst people you could get your dog clipped from. Not only is the cut not very good and of very poor standard, but when I complained about something they started getting aggressive and man handled me out of their shop on Broadway Ashby. Then a bouncer man came and threatend me from another shop. So my advise, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. read more

I have used BB for some time now initially when they were mobile I have 3 giant breed dogs and they are always professionally handled and groomed. The new shop in Ashby is spotless and my dogs enjoy being groomed there. Thoroughly recommended they will do EXACTLY as you ask, as long as it is not in detriment to the dog/cat. I will continue to use them. read more

Took my Yorkshire terrier in for her first cut. I couldn't have asked for better service. Clean friendly environment. Staff were so helpful and she looks amazing. I will never go anywhere else. She smells great. Looks great and was so very happy when I collected her. 100% recommend. read more
