I recently moved to the area & thought it would be a nightmare finding a groomer to suit my dogs needs. I rang BB and explained that my dog was a rescue and gets easily spooked and stressed out. He is so nervous around new people and being a jack he has the added bonus of not being able to keep still and bounces his way through life. Bb were not phased in the slightest. It was great the lady booked us in and said that we would take it at the dogs pace. BB have been fantastic, they always go above and beyond. If my dog is having a cranky day they take it at his pace and never rush him. Bear has such a great bond with BB now and gets so excited when they knock on the door. He even enjoys his bath now. Bear always looks and smells great even if he is being kranky. Being disabled it's a service I couldn't be without. BB are always on time & cheerful. They have been great if I have needed advise.
