After asking around a bit i ended up going to this surgery. And i'm glad i did. The opening hours suit even the busiest person, there is an appointment only surgery in the morning and an open surgery in the afternoon. They also run a surgewry on a saturday. The staff were really nice and helpful and the vet lovely with cooper. I went to the open surgery but didn't have to wait for long. Cooper got all his jags, everything went really quick, but i never felt rushed. The vet answered all my questions in a way even i could understand (lol). If you're looking for a vet i'd recommend this one any time.

Used Galemire for years. All went wrong when the new vets took over…read more My lovely old whippet had started treatment for atrial fibrillation. Really good Dr B said he might need a different drug as well so of I went to Galemire, to find a receptionist who knew nothin and cared less. I then got set disinterested vet who kept me waiting half an hour And they charged me £213. I querid this and got nowhere. Took the drugs home and two weeks later went to The Vet Whitehaven (brilliant) who found that the newly prescribed drugs were twice the dose he should have. Left to Galemire he would have just died. With good care he lived another 8 months

Won't use any other vets, and also one few places that caters for exotic pets too
