From the ease of scheduling on their website to the cut and beard line-up that was done by Austin, this place is my new favorite barber in the area. The website is easy to navigate and schedule appointments. One thing I love is that they have ample appointment times since they have several barbers that work there so you can go when you need a cut, and not have to wait several days. When I got to the studio, it was clean and what I would expect of a modern barber shop. I was immediately greeted by Austin who was friendly and welcoming. I haven't had a barber like him in a long time. The appointment lasted the full hour, and he was meticulous and careful at lining up my beard. In one chair of the shop you have no mirror or any way to even see yourself from start to finish and the barber said it was his preference to let the customer have no access to a mirror and said it was "a surprise at the end." With no way to give feedback you don't know if you're getting what you asked for or way to give simple feedback!!! Super unprofessional in many aspects the potential for improvement is there but they need to get there sh*t together business wise. access to barbers is limited although 3 chairs are available walk-ins re discouraged. I'd suggest calling ahead of time to ask about wait or a specific barber because even Mr. SWIFT HIMSELF said he has trouble getting his fellow barbers/employees to show up reliably.
