As far as I am concerned this branch is The Best place if you want great staff who know their job! If the queue gets too long then a member of staff comes out from the back and helps where they can so you don't have to wait very long. There is always extra help available if you need someone to talk to and unlike some banks they don't push you into anything before you have had time to think about it!!
