Awesome experience from the jump!!…read more The second I called in, it was so pleasant. I called two places prior and knew that wasn't the right place by how the phone was answered. Didn't have the greatest news with my pet, but they provided me options that best suited me. No pressure. No stress. An easy choice to what's best suited. They even gave me options to see who can help and guided me. Freaking EPIC!!! Thank you all at Kind!! Much appreciated to you all.

Atrocious veterinarian do not bring your pets here if your priority is simply to get them cared…read morefor. I just brought my dog in for a service I pre paid for and they attempted to charge me a consultation fee. When I saw this, I told them I had pre-paid for the service and I'm not paying a consultation fee because I was just there two weeks ago and I didn't do the vaccine because I was taking him to the beach. On the previous visit, they went back and forth over whether or not he's had this vaccine as they hadn't accurately updated his records. I was really put off at this consultation fee and my previous experiences with them, and I just asked to have my money refunded because I feel like they just constantly price gouging at this clinic. When I was at the front, I caught the girl at the reception desk recording our conversation. It was so creepy and weird, and then the vet came out, and she made a big scene at him and asked me to leave because she was caught recording a conversation. The male vet here assumed she was telling the truth and rather than even ask what happened, asked me to leave without giving me money back. Now I am not about to stay in an environment after being asked to leave, so not only was I mistreated, my dog didn't get his vaccine I've paid them for, but I am also owed money. Just an overall weird group of people whose priority is clearly not the care of animals.

From start to finish, Brenda manages the administrative side with warmth and efficiency. Julia and Jeff support Dr. Cepeda with professionalism and a warm, reassuring way with our pets. And Dr. Cepeda himself is exceptional. He's successfully treated everything from difficult open wounds on my outdoor cat (where follow-up care is challenging) to chronic diseases and more complex, hard-to-diagnose symptoms. He's even provided critical weekend care when it truly mattered. It's rare to find this combination of expertise, responsiveness, and compassion. I wouldn't trust anyone else if one of my cats - indoor or outdoor - is in trouble.

How do I even begin to thank the place that saved our Bella?…read more When we first walked in and were told she might have a fatal disease, our hearts sank. On top of that, the cost of the diagnostics alone felt impossible for us to manage. We were heartbroken--not just at the thought of losing her, but because we didn't know how we could afford to give her the care she desperately needed. After a few painful days of watching Bella decline, we reached out to a financing company called Cherry, who approved us right away. The only challenge was that our clinic wasn't yet partnered with them. I reached out to Jeff, explained the situation, and within hours he not only researched the program but signed the clinic up so we could move forward immediately. Thanks to him, Bella was able to get the emergency surgery she needed to remove her uterus and ovary due to pyometra--a surgery that ultimately saved her life. Jeff's willingness to explore every option, knowing we didn't qualify for CareCredit and didn't have the resources on hand, gave us something priceless: more time with Bella. We've trusted this clinic since our very first dog, Cash, who started coming here at just six weeks old nearly 14 years ago. Through the years, the staff may have changed some, but the care, love, and attention for the animals has never wavered. For that, and for saving Bella, we are forever grateful.

On the very same day my cat, Colt, experienced a major urinary emergency, my father suffered a massive stroke, which took his life just days later. I was pulled in two impossible directions at once, and the team at Wilton Manors Animal Hospital stepped in and carried me -- and my fur-baby -- through it... Their medical care for Colt was exceptional, but what I will never forget is the love, kindness, and emotional care they showed my family and me during the worst days of my life. A very special and prominent thank-you to Rashad, who made daily calls and left voicemails updating me on Colt's condition. He didn't just provide clinical updates -- he made sure I knew Colt was doing well, that I didn't need to worry, and that I should focus fully on my family and my father during his stroke and passing. That level of compassion is rare. It was genuine, steady, and deeply comforting when I needed it most. Colt is thriving today because of this incredible team, and I will be forever grateful. This is now -- without question -- my forever veterinary practice for all current and future pets. I truly cannot offer higher praise or deeper thanks for the care they showed my fur-baby and my family during our loss. From the bottom of my heart: thank you, The Hirt Family & Colt

Welp I have been calling for a week to retrieve the old estimate this place gave me in January…read more Called three times. Got a lengthy voicemail about how I can come in for a complimentary exam-again for a new estimate. I assured them I don't plan on doing the surgery at all-for as long as I can because I look in my cats mouth daily and since she's been on heart meds the root resorption appears to remain stagnant. My cat has been through a lot and she isn't down for another exam when I just need the original estimate I already had but deleted. I spent 18 minutes on the phone being told I'm yelling and being unreasonable by two different staff members. When I'm speaking assertive and asking repeatedly for the same thing and getting nowhere. Which is a copy of an estimate I already had been provided in January. The first girl confirmed my email and said she was sending it immediately. Then she offered to transfer me to the person who had initially left a long message I didn't understand on my phone. She then sent me to a man. I think named Pablo. I told him the same thing I told her. I want the original estimate please. He started giving me a song and dance about how I can come for free. Why am I so abject to bringing my cat in? They need to update the estimate. I don't want to bring her in now If I do want to do the surgery I will bring her in then for an updated estimate I want the original. He said "what's wrong with bringing her in for free?" Again. This time I apologized that I'm not the pet parent he hoped for and again asked for the original estimate. He told me he would send it but that the machine was broken so he couldn't schedule a dental right away. He told me there were other people on the waiting list. Now I explain for the seventh time that I'm not interested in scheduling. I only want the estimate. Then he says you probably can't come back since you told the girl who you spoke with before me to go f herself. He finally got me to yell by accussing me of saying "f you" to the person who first answered the phone! Like why is this mentioned now? 18 minutes in? If this actually happened??? That person mentioned nothing to me, and offered to transfer me to him. Said she was sending me an email. That conversation was not especially negative nor heated. She didn't send me the email of course! I don't speak like that to anyone. I don't ever have to worry that I've behaved that way. And it was really suspect that he waited 9 minutes into our conversation to make this accusation. They wanted me to come in for free so they could tell me I was a bad pet parent, my cat is in awful pain and I better schedule this surgery. When I refused they decided to pull some extra crazy bullshit. Stay away from this place.
