I dealt with the owner of the shop, who knew exactly what I needed. She put a couple of pieces on me to try out and when we had selected the one I wanted, she ordered it for me. I had my hair colored in the week between trying on pieces and my piece coming in, so I texted her a photo of my hair after the coloring so that she could match it with the hair piece. The hair piece came in less than a week and I had a second appointment, in which she thoroughly explained how to attach it, care for it, etc. I have received so many compliments on the hair piece and when I tell people that it is a hair piece and not my real hair, everyone is surprised. I did go with a real hair piece over synthetic hair. I called ahead of time to schedule an appointment, as it is a big investment and I wanted to be sure that someone would have the time to help me with my selection. I am very satisfied with my hair piece and would recommend Premier Hair Enhancements to anyone!

I'm going to just give you a number list of everything that went wrong with this place. 1. Staff looked unprofessional. I expect when going to a spa that the staff looks like the being in the beauty industry. The staff looked a mess, no makeup, hair looks disheveled, dressed very casual. 2. Robes are not provided. Had to get undress and redressed when going to the next activity. 3. Constantly being up-sold. I came to relax. The package is bought why are you now adding items? This isn't relaxing. This should be asked in the beginning when coming into the salon. 4. The facial wasn't a real facial. When you get a facial they take off your makeup, vaporize your face, massage your face, add products to exfoliate and clean out your pores. What was given was my mother removing her own makeup. To clean out your pores that was extra.. why? That's what you do for a facial. A hot towel was placed on her face and a piss poor massage and that was the facial. 5. The masseuse was 15 min. Late and again was trying to upsell you. Has to get redressed to get undressed again 6. The mani/pedi was unacceptable has to pay extra because of acrylic on the nails. Again this should be explained upfront. And should be explicit on the groupon 7. Not enough staff. From what was told the deal on groupon it'd being shared by different ppl so the staff is being paid $4-$5 per person hence why they are running a Skeleton crew. Either way. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I would go to yolo down at winter park. Never had a problem, friendly staff, great service and you actually get a glass of wine. I would suggest that groupon takes them off the list. the services was not up to snuff, they are not very professional and quality of the work was also sub par.

I called to make an appointment and Beatriz was super nice over the phone. I explained what I wanted and she told me the starting prices for the services. It is an appointment only salon and although walk-ins are accepted I recommend calling first. It's an intimate salon very tastefully decorated. Beatriz greeted me, directed me to her chair and asked what I wanted to get done. I asked her opinion about my ends and if I needed a trim at this time. Unlike other places where they would try to sell you services you don't need, Beatriz actually told me my ends weren't in bad condition and I didn't need a trim at this time. I got a blow out and she made beach waves on my hair that were oh so lovely. During the service we had a lively conversation and she offered refreshments. (Water for me please!) Overall it was such a wonderful experience that I have decided she's going to be my hairstylist from now on. After being given a quote, I scheduled the appointment for my daughter and I. I was told that we would be worked on by Nadia and her sister and would be completely done on the same day 10/15. Upon arriving, I noticed her sister had not arrived and inquired further. At which point I was informed that she would not be making it. Darn, it was going to be two days to complete. It wasn't long after she began that I realized she was fast and the work was top notch. My woes melted away. Nadia moisturized my hair as she braided. Bonus! My daughter and I left our whipping our hair back and forth (best we could). These braids are tight. It was less painful than micro braids that I had installed in the past. These were not as small, but much longer than any I have ever had. So in short, Nadia will help you figure out what hair you need, schedule best day and time and is proficient. To clarify my daughter had her hair braided the following day 10/16. My braids have been in for about a month now and only one came out that was attached to a tiny piece of "kitchen hair" lol. My hair still looks great and I have had no itching. My daughter has not lost a single braid and hers looks fantastic too. Moving forward, the only thing that I plan to do differently is have my part made straight down the center of my head for when I wear my braids down, not using any scissors on the stray hairs, and no brown gel on the length of ten hair to keep the hair as clean as possible. In the end, I will be using Nadia in the future for braids. This is her family business and I will certainly support that. I had a few requests, so if you have any be sure to express those and ensure that is done to your satisfaction. I also plan to inquire about her sew-in's. I have been taking my daughter to Nadia for almost 3 years now. In my experience with Nadia and…read morefrom sitting in the salon observing she does not require a deposit therefore people walk in off the street or call her and waste her time therefore she only comes to the salon when she is sure the client is there. I live in west Orlando so I call her when my daughter and I are near the shop. I am a mother therefore I understand that she is at home with her children until she is sure her client has arrived. I don't mind waiting and she has never had me wait more than 15 to 20 minutes. Also, I've never had a problem going to buy hair at the hair store which is a mere block over. However, now that I am familiar with the routine I bring the hair that I prefer for my baby in with us. Nadia also has hair and products in the salon now. As far as professionalism, this woman could not be any nicer. She has become like a relative to me. I actually like and appreciate the relaxed environment because hair braiding can be a long tedious process. I typically bring books to read and my laptop while I wait for my child. Nadia is fun to talk to and I've even come to the shop and slept while waiting for her to finish my child's hair. I started taking her to Nadia in early 2013. I even recall an instance where I booked last minute and Nadia, who does not work on Sundays spent two days on my daughter's hair because I wanted her to remove my daughter's old braids so I could wash and condition her natural hair to my liking then get it re-braided. Many salons require you to come in with washed hair or they charge exorbitant braid removal and shampoo fees. I think she charged me only $45 to remove the braids which can take almost as long as putting them in. I could go on and on about my experiences because I've gone back repeatedly due to being very happy with every aspect of Nadia's service. Also, Nadia's sister often assists with the braiding and she's a very nice woman also. We have been very happy with her work over the years and she can do many styles my daughter just prefers the same box braids. I will also mention that my daughter's hair grows tremendously under Nadia's care. I've seen where other stylist's braids damage and break a child's hair and that is not the case with Nadia.
