I left in January due to many office conflicts of "entitlement" expressed by employees related to the owner, and I was at my wit's end. These visits are designed to reduce stress and pain, not add to it. My appointments were ALWAYS perfect when Kelley was there. After she was gone, it was one mess after another, so after a 1 hour and 45-minute conversation with my insurance, I opted to stop coming. Today, I returned with pleasure because things were as close to perfect as they could be. I love the welcomeness, the friendly attitude, and the overall relaxing feel of the office. Trina, again - AMAZING part of the office. She and I enjoyed a brief chat and I have another contact if things go awry. Wonderful and professional attitude with a smile. Dr. Allen - my hip helper (metal body parts due to MVA) ... absolute pleasure, and after all this time, as soon as he saw me, he mentioned RED Fridays (Remember Everyone Deployed until they all come home) and remembered my chiropractic needs. I love that he remembered my USMC son and my farm. This is personal and professional care. I am happy to be back. next appointments include massage services. I will review it again after that.
