When he was done and he spun me around to look in the mirror I was so pissed. He screwed my hair up so bad. I had to leave there and go pay someone else $50 to fix my hair as best as possible and with how bad it was butchered the guy did a pretty good job. As the guy at Rays was cutting my hair he was telling me that you can buy a barbers license for a $1,000 and that was the beginning of the end. I don't have any idea how this place is open for business. It was about 85 degrees in the shop and the barber had no idea what the hell he was doing at all. What left me very unsatisfied with my visit was the fact that a student was attempting to learn what was being done to my hair and a teacher began scolding said student in front of me for the entirety of my haircut. It made me feel very uncomfortable and made for a very unprofessional setting in what is supposed to be a school. Teachers should not be making student cry in front of customers while they receive services. A school should be a place where student are encouraged to learn not reprimanded for asking questions or attempting to learn.

Elisa was working alone and when the manager Laura I think was her name arrived she took one of the clients waiting. Elisa told the manager that the kids were first and she checked the screen for the appointments or arrivals. She asked who we were. Elisa told her we had appointment under Angie. She then proceeded to tell Elisa on front of the customers that the other person was there before us. It was unprofessional for her to address the issue in front of customers. She should have addressed the issue with Elisa in private or when there were no customers. Luckily it did not cause a problem.
