A simple we are busy or there is a long wait, its not too bad or any helpful information would be ok but a smart ass rude response when someone is trying to visit your business is just uncalled for. Do you want new business or not? Too bad too, looked like they give great haircuts... if only they could be polite. I got the sense that they don't like tourists but maybe you shouldn't be located in a tourist area if you are going to have such a shitty attitude.
