She is hands down one of the most talented hairstylists I've ever been to. She recently cut my hair and both of my girls' hair, and she absolutely nailed it! You have to pay $2 for the liner for the bowl which is ridiculous because that should be apart of sanitation laws. And it's $3 for the nail file and buffer. So I guess they weren't going to file our nails had we not paid for it. Let me not forget to mention I also had to file my own toenails myself because they said my toenails were too soft to make them even. For $40 they also only lay one towel across your leg which normal places wrap one around each leg. Ive never had these many issues in Houston. I also requested Vanessa to do my pedi when I made the appointment because of the good reviews about her but when I got there she couldn't do it because another lady was a regular client. Outside of the pedicure, he also kept asking my grandmother if she got pedicures regularly and after she told him yes he kept making comments. It really bothered me and I had to refrain from telling him to be quiet! The older lady was sweet but I will not be returning.
