Down at the Hospital Trust building on Dorrance, I found a little signboard out on the sidewalk welcoming me to walk up four flights to Bob's Barber Shop. Bob was there chatting with a buddy, but was all business after I came in. No nonsense and a tidy, comfortable, and clean location. I've had him twice and the experience both times was poor. He goes way too fast with the clippers and the razor, he doesn't bother to wet the skin before using the straight razor or use any kind of shaving gel, and then he doesn't check for basic symmetry in the beard lines. I've had to immediately go home and fix the symmetry myself. As harsh as that razor felt on my skin, I'm surprised I only got a little bit of razor burn.

We will refund your money and even pay another salon to fix it, or you can come back and we will refund and fix it free. Chose to comeback to Allison. Have receipt for $90.00 refund, screenshot of refund which pended in my account until he reversed it, and kept the money. Told me while she was cutting my hair that since "we can't make you happy" and he was refunding my 90.00 I was not to come back to the salon. I just saw where Allison is listed as partner and lead stylist. Haircut still not correct. Uneven, shaggy bottom. She was late for our 9:00 appointment. Not offered a beverage. She is nice and this is not a personal attack on Allison or the Salon. I simply called them and told them I wasn't happy with the haircut.
