It was already 16:00 local time, after online flowers shop's cut-off time (15:00) for same day delivery. Hellen took my order, she was concise, helpful, and nice. I placed an order for an "all white" bouquette (£30) with same day delivery (£7 charge), not knowing how will they make it, and a box of chocolates too. Thanks Hellen!
