ordered and paid invoice on 06.11. According to their website, my order was supposed to be shipped free, and in 24 hours after receiving payment. But no, they sent me an invoice for an additional 16€ shipping and handling fee. Zero transparency! Since then, I have not received a single email about my order. I have called, only to be hung up on after 1 hour in their "phone waiting line". I have written, only to be ignored. This Dr Carola Schmid makes her living stealing money from innocent patients, so she does not belong in the Apotheke business. she belongs in jail! Pay a bit more and go to a reputable source for your medication. Do not shop here, as it is the last you will see of your money, and will never receive your medicine. STAY AWAY! read more

I received top rate professional service at the Metropolitan Pharmacy. The pharmacist was…read moreinformative, helpful and very friendly. She walked around the pharmacy explaining options and giving advice. Once I picked out what I wanted she did a run down of expectations and made sure that I fully understand her before ringing the items up. The store was very clean and appeared to be well stocked with prescription and nonprescription medicine. I thought that the prices were fair for the location. I would not hesitate to return.
