Found this place through Yelp and went based on the positive reviews. I wasn't disappointed. The gal at the front spoke english and translated for the young female barber who asked lots of questions about what I was looking for in a haircut. She did a great job and also trimmed my beard including a hot towel and moisturizer. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a a haircut on vacation. read more

Got a very good cut from Yam. She was very friendly and provided great service. She cut my hair and also did a facial for me included with the price. I had to come here after my hair got butchered at another barber in Playa. I wanted a high and tight marine cut because I didn't have time before I came on vacation. I explained to the young lady working the counter. she gave me hand sanitizer and checked my temperature. she said no problem and lead me to the barber which was a skilled young barber who happened to be a young girl. she was as skilled as any barber I have been to in the States. I showed here a picture on my phone of what I wanted. she said ok and she executed it exactly how it should be. She even shaved my sides with a straight razor which is hardly done in the States anymore. I highly recommended this place if you need a great hair cut from barbers that are highly skilled. amazing experience. definitely one of my top 10 haircuts and i usually pay 2x what i paid here for my haircuts in Seattle. i think this one came out to like 35 and he did my bead and eyebrows with it. my guy knew how to to do a proper fade. offered me a drink, gave me hot towel, cold eucalyptus towel, straight razor the neck and cheeks, the whole deal. didn't speak a word of english but didn't need to. he took one look at my hair and knew what to do. highly recommend stopping in if you need to freshen up while on vacation. read more

Probably the best barber shop experience that my husband has ever experienced. We would Highly recommend this place! He's African American and they knew exactly how to cut his hair. They also give excellent service. They exfoliated his face before his cut and offered him beer, water, soda etc. Great overall experience!! read more

Kind of a last minute find but the place was great! I had to run back to the car to extend the parking. The girl working the front desk was very kind, offered me a variety of waters and soda. Small gesture but it makes a big difference when it's 120 degrees outside and you're running back and forth. The space itself is clean, entertaining has a couple of games abs a big screen TV) and the AC is heaven sent. LOVE this place. Stopped by with my 8 year old son and we got our cuts. He did a mohawk, I touched up my mohawk and they asked if I wanted to do my beard (been growing it out for a while for this purpose, but wasn't really expecting to do it there) and I said no, then immediately changed my mind, because... yeah.
