When I arrived in the small city just outside of Madrid and close to the AC hotel I was looking for a quick bite to eat. The hotel was unhelpful so I took a quick walk outside the hotel and found bArvaca. A nice sized inside and outside bar and Resturant. The staff was friendly and helpful. Given my Spanish is a bit rusty they pointed out a few if their favorites. I tried the mini hamburger sliders, they were excellent and the Red fish. The red fish was a bit over cooked but very tasty non the less. The staff is nice and accommodating. I highly recommend if you are in the area or staying at the AC hotel which has by far the worst food. I went there the next night and it was very good again. Great wine as well!
