That's okay ... you can drink an Italian Menabrea beer or a Trieste Theresianer beer in honor of the Austrian empress Maria Theresa. The sandwiches are among the best in the world and there are like 50 choices. Among the choices are a sandwich named for Philadelphia and another one named for Vienna. However I opted for a seasonal pumpkin cream and praga ham sandwich and my friends got two of their favorites - a Turbinium and a Porcaro respectively. Deep fried stuffed olives and aubergine flowers completed the food part of the evening. Speedy's is as good as everyone says it is. Now just be prepared for the queue to get a table!

I just landed at Milan airport and was driving to Bergamo around 21:30 when I realized that I…read morehadn't eaten since lunch. I asked Yelp for some pizza nearby and the second offering was Chik. When I got here I realized that my Italian was less than competent but two of the kind servers graciously spoke English to me. I quickly identified a mushroom and ham pizza from the menu along with a Moretti beer and finished it with an espresso. In short, the food was excellent and the service was just as good. I recommend this places for complement them on their professional, friendly and gracious service to this wandering American guy. Grazie!
