I'm really glad we stumbled across this clean and cozy little bar after drinking beers most of the day. They had a decent list of scotch whiskeys at very reasonable prices. Glenfarclas, Ardbeg, and Talisker were part of my double-pour rotation. Tunes included 90's R&B. I sure felt at home. Great last impression too! We ended up staying close to 3 am, and having shots with the bartender. He gave us some other bar recommendations based on our whiskey preferences. While walkable from/to where all the visitors and cool kids hang, this bar is not exactly in a central location. It's almost like a hideaway for locals only! The signage said closed at 1AM but the bartender said they stay open until the last customers leave. So, dude gave us direction to the late train back to our hotel, and once we found out we had time to kill before the next train, of course we returned to wait it out. Also, cool that he gave suggestions on other bars in Berlin, and even offered shots before we left! The selling point for me was the Scotch and whisky they carry. The list is average for a cocktail bar or cigar lounge but here it was pretty decent for a bar (in a beer country at that). Basically, double pours for less than the price of one pour back at home! Would have returned if had more time in Berlin.

The lights are a bit dimmed, there's a disco ball in the middle of the bar (and in the toilets too) and all the chairs are sofas and couches, so you can properly sit down and the most comfortable position. The bar is self service and is it was quite empty- the bartender wasn't always there, but always came to serve us :) The atmosphere was great and if they weren't closing I guess id stick around for a while- it was a lot of fun. Plus- I'm not sure about other days but the music was just great, every track was better the one before. Nothing like a beer after a long day at work, just wish this place was closer to my house!
