We don't speak very much Italian so we struggled a bit, but everyone was very friendly and we just needed gesture and simple phrases to order. It was a little confusing at first- the sandwiches are in a case and you pick which one you want, then order and pay at the same time at the register, then walk back to the case and give the employee your ticket, so they then grab your sandwich and heat it up in a panini press.
