We weren't sure where to have lunch today in Rascafria and thanks to Yelp decided on on Conchi…read morebecause of the rating received on Yelp. Excellent choice ! In Spain I go for typical Spanish food I can't readily get back home in the US. The food, service , price , were all Excellent! not to mention the ambience was Spanish , family warmth, relaxing , inviting , clean restrooms and free wifi...what else can you ask for. We had the croquetas de setas ( awesome And tasty) , morcillas ( superb) , and crepes de Puerro ( a real unique tasty treat) . Desert consisted of a blackberry cheesecake. The blackberry cheesecake was spectacular as it was not inundated with sugar ( I hate pastries that are too sugary ) and the black berries tasted different then the ones at home,in a good way of course . To sink all this down , I had a cafe con leche which wAs very good ( typical of what I have been experiencing so far in Spain). When leaving, our waitress was very nice and warm and wished us well as we were leaving ; felt like family . Do yourself a favor, if you're in Rascafria , check out this place and let your taste buds go free on tasty Spanish dining .
