The cuisine is eclectic from American, Chinese, Indian, Spicy, even vegan & gluten free options, the taste of the food is amazing...not the same old boring spices. The prices are more than fair, the plate portions are bigger than average. If you like sports, they have several games on large TVs. On the negative side: The ambience is a bit lacking, the chairs need to be replaced and the waiters are slow but adequate, but still professional. read more

The food seems to be good. I ordered bang shrimp with fried rice. It was lunch and it was over $17.00. I was surprised. I thought it would be $12 at most. They taste was good, but the dish was pretty small. I would never order that again for that price. Can't see how they stay in business with those prices. read more

These surprises are more disappointing than the thirty minutes you leave me to ponder if I even mean anything to you anymore after being seated. I almost feel like I have to beg for your attention. There is one thing I still love about you, and that is your delicious food. But sometimes, even with our greatest qualities, our worst ones overshadow them. This was such an unexpected surprise. They offer so many delicious and different options! My sister got the pad tai and it definitely was spicy but delicious. Bold new flavors in North East Texas in one of the oldest towns around. Bar Keeps set up to be a new favorite in the area. Excellent flavors coming out of the kitchen I had a couple of Shares as they call the appetizers. Also enjoyed the Chipotle Mango Chicken. If you looking to try their Asian cuisine, be aware of it. I myself grew up eating most of the food they offer and have tasted it from various locations but this restaurant did not surpass it. Their pad Thai was slimy, sticky and sour. And their chicken pho is more of a bland chicken soup with chunky noodles. It may be a personal referenced mine but this place disappointed me. read more

Great find in Nacogdoches! Amazing selection of beer and the good was so good. With the name, I expected typical bar fare but it's a cool mix of Asian fusion dishes. I had the thai basil fried rice just spice level 1 and it was AMAZING, and the portions are huge, it's awesome. The mimosa was yummy. I also had my mom's gluten free normal fried rice, spice level 2 and it was good as well. Will go back again hopefully soon, I'm wanting to try the crab fried rice next. read more

I ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl. I loved the rice that it came with and i loved the fact that it came with cucumbers, avocado, and lettuce. The sesame seeds on the cucumbers and avocado give the dish a great flavor. I also ordered the pork kimchi taters and really enjoyed the potato and pork flavor. I visited this new restaurant recently, and I think it is nice. The remodeling of the old restaurant makes the place nicer. They have 28 taps (mostly craft beer), about twice that number of bottles/can, and probably the best selection of top shelf liquor in town. The menu is good, but limited (they are supposedly expanding the menu soon), focusing on Thai and Indian. Got here at 1:07. It is now 1:56pm we still have no food. They gave us a menu for breakfast items. My husband was not happy with that. He said if he wanted breakfast he would eat at IHop. How long does it take to cook eggs and baccon? The poor wait staff are being run ragged. It looks like there are just 4 of them. Finally got it st 2:04. The food was actually good and filling. This place is so amazing!!! The food is so good and takes me back to Living in Cali with the different diversity! We tried just about all the shareables and they were amazing and very filling. The Thai beef salad had the flavor but the beef was a lil more rare then what I'm use to so id ask for that to get cooked longer. All the Curry's were amazing! Ramen, Brussels sprouts, just everything was amazing!!! We had our kids and nieces and my mom and aunt which made us a table of 11 so 7 kids and most of the workers were nice about it but some of the bar tenders gave some unfavorable looks. Otherwise I CAN NOT WAIT to go back and eat there again. I'm fat t heart and love all food. Something I miss about Cali! But so happy I found this gem!!! read more

I love Thai food and was so excited to see a Thai restaurant come to Nac! I've given them a chance twice and have been extremely disappointed. The Thai curry tasted like a salty soup, I did not taste any Thai curry spices. The server told me there wasn't a difference between the Indian and Thai curry which should have been my first red flag. There was bitter burnt garlic in the ramen and the noodles had a strange and chewy consistency. Last time we were there at 10:30 and they close at 12 and the servers were sweeping and mopping around our feet like we had overstayed our welcome. I really hope they work on their spices and I think it could be a great hit for Nac! the inside is very pretty and it has great potential! read more

I'm giving this restaurant FIVE STARS! In my opinion, this is the best restaurant in Nacogdoches, TX! I am a proud Houstonian and every now and then I come down to East Texas to visit family/friends and I have got to say, I am really impressed. They have a great selection of drinks (aka Karbach* I'm a Houstonian here* lol & others as well ) , amazing happy hour prices and the food is great!
