Intento visitarlos cuando viajo (es sorprendente encontrarme en un pub, ya lo sé) y los bares irlandeses siempre tienen una temática similar y, en su mayoría, un ambiente parecido. Este tiene el típico interior oscuro con mucha madera oscura, una gran barra y muchos reservados. Por supuesto, hay Guinness de barril y varios whiskies irlandeses disponibles. Ofrecen algunos aperitivos de bar. Este organiza noches de intercambio de idiomas, lo cual está muy bien; hemos asistido a varias. Estoy aprendiendo español, soy nativo de inglés y hablo un poquito de alemán, pero siempre tengo ganas de aprender más y conocer gente nueva e interesante. _____ While I have not traveled to every country (I think I am at maybe 12-15) I have noted that every country I have traveled to has at least a few Irish pubs. I try to check them out when I travel (shocking to find me at a pub I know) and the Irish bars always have a similar theme and mostly a similar atmosphere. This one has the standard issue dark interior featuring lots of dark wood, a large bar and plenty of booth seating. There is of course Guinness on tap and several Irish whiskies available. They do provide some bar snacks. This one has language exchange nights which is nice, we have been to several. They are Thursday - can't recall if it is every Thursday, check their IG page. Sometimes there are good size groups, sometimes not. I am learning Spanish, native english and speak a tiny bit of German but I am always hungry to learn more and meet interesting new people.

I was excited to find Gallagher tucked away in a corner just off of the the Plaza del Pilar. I wouldn't have expected it so close to such a monument, but was pleasantly surprised as it wasn't too busy. I ordered a Guinness and a Gallagher sandwich, as it is their signature sandwich. Great deal on a massive sandwich at only €4.50 and the Guinness wasn't expensive either. This is a really neat little Irish pub tucked away in an odd spot that is super close to the Plaza del Pilar, it felt like a hidden gem. Where most of the restaurants and bars that are within 100m of the Plaza are always busy this was in an odd dead end alley and fairly quiet. Quality food, good service, and a great atmosphere.

I read about the place before I went to Zaragoza. It turned out way better than I imagined…read more Calamari was soft and that white sauce is out of this world. Similar to halal guys sauce and it was on the spot along with the hot sauce. I believe the white sauce is mayo based with tons of garlic. No matter what! Must try if you are in the city!!
