I've just spent 6 whole days teaching English to Polish participants in a remote countryside being given free accommodation and food. Polish is good but hearty but just rich often with a lot of meat. After six days of eating this stuff, and with 3 full square meals a day, I'm ready to go on a 60 day fasting period.
Luckily I didn't have to because I happened upon this restaurant. For what it's worth here in Europe, the Pho is good. Nothing spectacular like I would have in Little Saigon, aka., South Sacramento or sometimes San Jose, but definitely hits the spot.
