Competitors' staff say they will bring something, but Bitelo's staff actually delivers! My only feedback is that they didn't proactively offer to change out my dirty plate (which was quickly being overrun by lamb shop bones). Let's talk about the salad bar (which we always enjoy at a Brazilian Steakhouse). While others host larger selections, Bitelo hits all the high notes, and fewer offerings actually make it more perfect for us.
