Bitelo Brazilian Steakhouse

Bitelo Brazilian Steakhouse

It's a medium-sized venue, and there is a private room for small parties. I enjoyed being there, and I would recommend it for families, couples, or colleagues. With an open dining room, people-watching was also fun. I mean...the service is about as good as you can get anywhere! The staff is friendly, attentive, and personable (even willing to joke around). My favorite is the lamb, so they joked with me a bit. The Lamb Chops were better (that is gamier) than the Leg of Lamb. My wife doesn't care for the lamb, but she likes the other meat offerings plenty. When we asked for specific meats...they would bring them. Competitors' staff say they will bring something, but Bitelo's staff actually delivers! My only feedback is that they didn't proactively offer to change out my dirty plate (which was quickly being overrun by lamb shop bones). Let's talk about the salad bar (which we always enjoy at a Brazilian Steakhouse). While others host larger selections, Bitelo hits all the high notes, and fewer offerings actually make it more perfect for us. The bite-sized cheese breads are AMAZING, however, I do prefer the Polenta that other places will serve over the mashed potatoes. Highly recommended!

I even brought my own alcohol free wine and they graciously let me enjoy it with dinner--no side eye, no drama. I went with a friend on a high protein mission, and this place delivered exactly the kind of meat forward enthusiasm he was hoping for. The bottom sirloin and their house specialty (basically its delicious cousin) were the clear standouts--tender, flavorful, and very much worth the trip. They were fairly busy, which honestly made me happy. There's something satisfying about seeing a small restaurant thriving, especially one that's doing things well. It feels like cheering for the hometown team and watching them win.

Oh we're out of that just feel like why did you take the order then if you were out of the particular item aside from that we've tried pretty much everything on the menu as far as the meats go and everything's been decent. I think the standout is probably the ribs. The burnings are cut a little bit too big and we did try their dessert. The churro type dessert and personally didn't care for it. The size are good. We've tried everything but the stand out for us is the brisket beans those are really really good.

It included 2lbs of meat, 2 family size sides, and 1 gallon beverage. We chose 1lb lean brisket and 1lb turkey breast. They were sold out of ribs. For sides, the Brisket Beans, and Mac n Cheese, an a gallon of Lemonade, for $59.99. We additionally added a sausage link. Everyone liked the turkey breast the best. It's not necessarily kid friendly because it was so peppery... non the less, really good. The brisket was sadly a miss. I enjoyed the sausage as well. It was kid friendly. The Mac and Cheese was great! The kids loved it. The Beans with Brisket were awesome as well. Spicy again, but awesome. Side note: Bbq sauce wasn't included in the order, so if you go through the drive through like us, know that. We were surprised. I would order again for sure after exploring the menu.

We went in to grab dinner and were told that it was a 1.5 hours wait...yikes! Izzy, the hostess, said she would ping us if a table came open earlier. Fortunately, the table did free up earlier. Apparently, this location was chosen for a pre-prom dinner as high school students streamed through the restaurant in formal length gowns...glitter, draw strings, and shiny. The interior feels elevated with lots of wood and floor to ceiling glass windows. The presentation on the table was appealing with white linen tablecloths, shiny utensils and sky-blue glasses. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our server, Chelsey, was super bubbly and upbeat. My friend ordered a meatball and polenta appetizer as she was not feeling too hungry. We probably clocked 4-5 miles walking the Square and side streets, so I was ravenous. I ordered the Cesar salad and Italian sausage & salami pizza. The pizza was amazing! The Italian sausage was flavorful and well-prepared. The salami was thinly sliced and importantly, not greasy at all. At this juncture, we were pretty full, so we only ate two slices of the pizza. The hubs lucked out on great leftovers. Excellent food...excellent fellowship
