We have a great view of the mountain and the room came with a bottle of champagne. Since it is NYE we were also given invitations to the New Years Party happening downstairs in the lounge. The lady who checked us in was really friendly and it was a fast easy process and she walked us up to the room. Th hotel is located righr in the center of town by all the shopping and restaurants which I can't wait to explore tomorrow!

You order and pay at the bar area find an available seat and wait with a buzzer until your food is ready. The poke bowl was so delicious, the vegetables were crunchy fresh, the salmon melted in the mouth, the flavors and combinations of food selection were great. Honorable mention to the chicken sandwich and fries they were chef kiss. Staff were friendly and the vibes were great.

We came back every day we were in Verbier including a sneaky 9:00 am beer before we left to the airport! Prices are very reasonable and we enjoyed their local beers. She also sells some of the best liquors like Ron Zacapa Centenario and we had a delicious cold cuts and cheese platter. Have a drink inside or on the tables or beach chairs on the balcony. First, the service, waitstaff and maître' d' were all extremely friendly and attentive, both with serving as well as adjusting for accommodations. The food, specifically the seafood options were the highlight of the meal. We all agreed that the monkfish and scallops, sourced fresh that day from Northern France, were cooked and presented excellently. The steaks my friends had weren't the best I've ever tried, but that may have been from sitting out (partially our fault) for too long. Overall, the menu is a bit pricey, but considering that service charges and taxes are included within the place, this is on par for the type of restaurant La Cordée presents itself as. A great spot if you're looking for a more fine dining experience after your aprés ski while at Verbier!

An amazing view of Verbier and the Alps complements the excellent food and beer they have here. We order a few variations of Swiss beer, which were all fantastic, as well as the fondue and fries. Note: the fondue does have white wine in it, and a fairly strong amount, which unfortunately, being allergic, I wasn't able to eat, but all the rest of my party enjoyed it immensely! Superb location and ambiance, would definitely ski there again!
