Absolutely horrible place. I arrived half an hour early and waited an hour after my scheduled appointment to be seen. Teresa Messer glanced at my paperwork, told me I wasn't injured, left the room and started making fun of me. She returned to tell me I would be discharged. She did not listen to a word I said, left the room, and started laughing at me with the nurses outside. They speculated about my occupation, did not bother to ask me for any information besides who they could refer me back to, and laughed at the idea of a repetitive stress injury being sustained without even knowing what I do or how long I'd been working there. I had followed the directions given by my claims adjuster when i made that appointment, and was treated like an idiot. I sat in the room alone for another hour and a half trying not to cry. Absolutely awful place, no one there is there to help. Even the front desk and nurses dismissed my concerns. Do not waste your time. read more

Kim Brumley was a complete Joke! As I spoke to her about my symptoms of what I felt that was either a UTI or Kidney infection she decided that not only would she not treat my urinary tract infection or Kidney infection with the proper medication but that she would decide to treat my illness with a medication that I informed her I had an allergic reaction too and could not take. At that time I would have expected her to change the prescription to something that would treat my symptoms but she did not. And on top of that she decided that and over the counter medication that my insurance doesn't pay to fill should be taken for the sinus infection that I clearly have. So I wouldn't recommend taking any one at all into the "Urgent Care" portion because nobody listens to anything that is said and I had to turn around and go to "First Care". Who in turn rewrote the correct medication for my condition and asked me to never let any doctor office or medical providers to tell me how to diagnose me again. Because when you are filling medication that you pay for our of pocket then that needless useless medication adds up price wise. And also what if I would have taken the said medication that was first written then it could have went me into anafalactic shock. That's bad business always! read more

My mother went in because of a spot on her foot. They took off her toe which is expected. Then they…read moretold me she would need to let the antibiotics run for about a month there. 10 days after surgery I start noticing my mother can barely breath. I called and told the nurses station. I drove up there and see they didn't do anything the next day. I walk up to the nurses station and say " my mother in there is grasping for air every moment" they came in and hooked oxygen up to her. She told me that helped. The main doctor had his week off and the "other" doctor lady went days without updating or calling me back. In hindsight, they were letting her die slowly there. She got a germ very likely from the amputation, she was about to go into shock. Her bladder had shut down and she started swelling up. The lady doctor did nothing but let her be confused. The main doctor comes back and calls me at 1am telling me he just got back from his week off and that she had a stroke. They pulled 2.4 liters from her that night after she had a brain stem stroke. Then she was in a locked in state. She could only move her eyebrows, she kept telling me with her eyebrows she wanted to fight and live. If they had not let her sit for almost a week while she swelled up more and more each day. If your life is in danger and you are over 65, you better have a family member stay there with you at all times. I would go anywhere else.

He took care of me. He really did and I was shocked. I was amazed. Dr Cherry is my doctor so I knew that Paul worked there, but I didn't know that I was gonna get him as a doctor the day that I went in and he treated me with respect and he x-rayed me and he fixed me I mean not long-term I'm talking about urgent care.
