The staff are polite and have always been able to answer my questions. They are there when you need them, but not bothering you with unnecessary things. Rent is reasonable for the area, and the properties are kept in good condition through the on staff maintenance team. I am happy to recommend them.

Although I have seen numerous negative reviews about this company, I would suggest that the writers of these reviews have no idea of the job NTPM is contracted to do. Their job is to oversee all aspects of property management. They do not do the work themselves, but contract and oversee the work of other companies (parking patrols, gardeners, snow removal, etc.) Our BoD has been very happy with the quality of the management by NTPM. Concerns or complaints are handled expeditiously and professionally. Our property manager is well-versed in the Ontario Condominium Act and all aspects of building maintenance. She attends our condo at least once per week and is always on site when a contractor is doing repairs. Just so you know, property management companies DO NOT set condo fees. These are a result of the budget that is set by the BoD. They are also NOT superintendents like you might have at a rental property. You own the home you live in and are responsible for repairs. Because many people do not understand how condominiums are governed and managed they do not understand the role of the property management company. I have worked with Newton Trelawney for over six years and I would not hesitate to give them five stars for professionalism, experience and cooperation doing the job they were contracted to do.

We own a boat and slip at Frenchman's Bay Marina, which is managed by this condominium management…read more Unfortunately, our experience has been extremly unpleasant. The staff's behavior has been very authoritarian and unprofessional, making it difficult to communicate with them and resolve issues respectfully. She deactivated our own fobs because we had guests staying on our boat and she refused to reactivate them again deanying us acces to our own boat and slip.
