These guys have a great, user friendly website for beer/beverage equipment. It's set up so even if you're not in the industry (like myself) you can still pretty much find what you need. In my case, equipment/parts for my home beer tap. Where it all falls apart for them is if you need help over the phone. While obviously knowledgeable, the overriding impression I get is they could care less about my ignorant questions. This has happened both times that I called them. What a joke!! What has happened to this once great company? IF they have what you need trying to find someone to help you is like getting teeth pulled at the dentist! Want something shipped to you?? Forget about it!! You could live next door to the main facility and it would still take a week or longer to receive your order! I'm not sure where these guys went wrong but they are definitely a shell of the great place they used to be. Very very sad what has happened.
