Usually I have to go in to do most of my work but they were very accommodating today when I came through the drive-through when usually they wouldn't do it for a customer, they offered to help me out since I really needed it. Definitely recommend this bank!

Wells Fargo continues to disappoint. The ATM in Richland has been down for months absent any…read moreinformation on when it might be back up and running so to get cash I have to go to the branch in Kennewick, and it is 100% of the time always such a cluster. Needed a service today and called over to the branch 6+ times to assure that the manager would be there as she is their only Notary currently. 6 times put on hold and 6 times was ultimately disconnected by the electronic "helper." Went to the branch to find 3 tellers trying to help 20+ people, waited in line to learn that it was the Manager's day off. Left today and stopped in at Gesa near Queensgate. My wife and I had new accounts setup in under 20 minutes and now get to go through all the hassle of transferring my business and personal accounts, but I am doing so with a pep in my step as I know I don't have to deal with WF anymore.

I am closing an account and needed to sign, and have notarized, and return a letter that I received from Bank of America. The suit spent 10 minutes telling me why he could not notarize the BofA letter. I went and found another notary down the street. I also have a safe deposit box to close out. The suit told me that I would need to speak with the VP (named JC) tomorrow and gave me JC's business card. The only number on this business card is to the Bank of America automated attendant hell. I have no idea how to close out the safe deposit box. It looks like the key to getting helped is to walk in the door with $100 bill's hanging out of your pockets. Otherwise, don't expect much of anything.

This is a useful location for me, because I'm frequently forgetful. So, when I go to the Pasco…read moreFarmer's Market, or am randomly walking the streets of downtown Pasco and low on cash, this is a convenient option for me. There's no fees at the atm for me here, and if I ever forget (or lose) my ATM card, I can go inside---which was convenient for me recently because I had lost my card, AND was in the neighborhood for Farmer's Market. So yeah, being open during Farmer's Market hours is muy convenient, especially since it's only a block away. Oh, and the teller who helped me out being cute doesn't hurt either.

The bank does not take CASH to be deposited in to someones account if you do not have an account there yourself. I pulled cash to deposit for my brother that was in Texas and in need of it quickly due to him being on the side of the road. I tried THREE Bank of America's as they were closed. I was turned away from Bank of America and told to go get a money order. I had to go to another bank, get a money order and drive back to Pasco to do deposit. This whole "trying to do a deposit" took me more than 1.5 hours to deposit $500 in cash I had to just quickly deposit.
