There were multiple rate cuts that didn't reflect on my loan, even though it was supposed to; they just kept the interest the same. When I inquired, I received the most uneducated responses and excuses. With a credit score of 870 and up, I expect better from my bank. I paid it off quickly after noticing the issues and will never again borrow money from them. I don't recommend it as a bank in general either.

I had a call from a Regional Manager Allison, she had a temporary credit for $500.00 put onto my account. The $500 was deducted that night and another credit was put onto my account the next day, this went on for 7 days, credit on credit off. The manager watched my account every time the $500 was deducted she put in another temp credit for $500.00. This morning. I received the credit for my claim in the amount of $500.00. Case closed, I have worked in Customer Service for over 25 years until I retired. All the staff were excellent! My thanks for a job well done!

A wait of over 20 minutes to give them my money at B of A with attitude. Changed my bank to Chase. I arrived and was greeted, which was great! My appt. was on time and very respectful. Cameron was concise yet did not waste time. He was clear on options. Also they have a 200.00 bonus right now for opening select checking accounts. Nice!
