Im a second time entrepreneur with a brand new company doing social dinners. A little research online showed that Bank2 should be good pick for us.
However we are experiencing really bad customer care, nothing you would want nor expect from a bank. Especially not when our account actually has a very decent amount on it.
3 times it has taken them over 1 month to get back to us on email, and we basically have to do the job for them. Like reminding them of putting the right name and address on our papers etc. When we complained to the manager and asked if we are desired customers at all, he replied back that they 'definitely want to keep a nice relationship to their foreign friends'.. whatever that means Im not sure.
I am from Denmark and not native Norwegian, but in Scandinavia Danes and Norwegians are pretty close. I am not the grumpy customer but a young woman expected to be treated with respect and receive at least basic customer care.
As a customer I don't feel appreciated by Bank2, and I don't feel Im in good hands.
